1. Contest Period: This contest will be offered from July 15, 2011 thru July 15, 2012
2. Sponsor: Super Star Car Wash, Phoenix, Arizona
3. Eligibility: The 2011-12 Free Gasoline or Unlimited Car Washes Contest (the "Contest") is open to all entries who are legal residents of the United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and non-employee workers of Super Star Car Wash, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible.
4. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Contest, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest.

6. Drawings: Within 3-5 days of the Quarterly period which begins on July 15, 2011, the Administrator at Super Star Car Wash will select the winner for each prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email. The Odds of winning the Contest depend on the number of eligible entries received in the Contest to date at the time of the drawing.
7. Winner's Consent of Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in our Contest, constitutes entrant's consent that the Sponsor may use entrant's name , likeness, city and state of residence, and any comments, testimonials or other feedback related to any prize or entrant's Contest experience, whether written or verbal, for promotional purposes in any media without further consideration.
8. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of any of the monthly drawings for this Contest are impaired in any way for any reason, including, but, not limited to, fraud, virus or other technical problems, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: a) modify the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the intent of these Official rules without suspending it, b) suspend the Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the intent of these Official Rules; or c) cancel the Contest and award the prizes in a random drawing from amount all eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, from this Contest or any other promotions sponsored by Super Star Car Wash. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of any part of this Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
9. Release and limitations of Liability: Except where prohibited, by participation in this Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the 2011-12 Free Gasoline or Unlimited Car Washes Contest, any partners, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional partners, prize partners, providers and their respective agents and agencies, officers, directors, and employees (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in any Contest or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: a) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest ; b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or internet or network lines; c) printing errors; d) errors in the administration of any Contest or the processing of entries; e) late, lost, or undeliverable email; or f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Contest, or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participation in the Contest and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages (other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses) and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. if for any reason an entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Contest, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Contest for any reason, sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from amount all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all the prizes offered herein. No more that the stated number of prizes for any individual contest will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in any individual contest to be claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.
10. Disputes: Entrant agrees that: i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the appropriate Arizona State Court located in Phoenix, Arizona; and ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering any Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Arizona without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Arizona or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Arizona.
11. 2011-12 Free Gasoline or Unlimited Car Washes Contest Prizes: 4 winners, (1) In Store Gift Card from Super Star Car Wash with $300 loaded on it to be redeemed for Gasoline purchases at either the Super Star Car Wash located at 1615 N. 99th Ave., Phoenix or 21695 N. Lake Pleasant Parkway, Peoria. 1 winner drawn each Quarter. , Eight Winners, (1) Customer Club Plan RFID tag assigned to (1) customer vehicle, Club Plan allows unlimited Full Service or Express Car Washes for 3 Months, 2 winners drawn each Quarter.
