BY ENTERING OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THIS INSTANT WIN, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. THIS CONTRACT REQUIRES YOU TO INDEMNIFY AND TO RELEASE ALL CLAIMS AGAINST THE PROMOTION ENTITIES (AS DEFINED BELOW). ELIGIBILITY

The Super Star Scratch & Win Weekend! Instant Win Game (the “Game” or “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the state of Arizona who are 18 years of age or older (an eligible “Entrant”). Void in all remaining states and D.C. and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Super Star Car Wash (the “Sponsor”), Marden-Kane, Inc. (the “Administrator”), their respective parent (as applicable), affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising, prize providers, promotion partners and internet agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Promotion Entities") and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and grandparent) and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor is solely responsible for all aspects of this Promotion.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins at 7:00:00 a.m. Mountain Time (“MT”) on March 29, 2025, and ends at 8:01:00 p.m. MT on March 30, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”) or when the supply of scratch-off game cards (“Game Card(s)”) is exhausted, whichever comes first. All Game Cards must be received during the Promotion Period. Game Cards that are submitted before or after the Promotion Period will be disqualified. Sponsor’s computer clock is the official timekeeper for this Promotion.

HOW TO PLAY

During the Promotion Period, visit one (1) of the fifty-four (54) Super Star Car Wash locations in Arizona during regular business hours only and ask a “Fast Pass” Team Member to receive one (1) free Game Card while supplies last. Limit one (1) Game Card per Eligible Entrant during the entire Promotion Period. To find the closest Super Star Car Wash location go to https://www.superstarcarwashaz.com/locations/arizona/. All individuals must satisfy the eligibility requirements noted above in order to receive a Game Card and be eligible to win a prize or receive a discount offer.

Using a coin, gently remove the gold scratch-off area of the Game Card to reveal an official game message.
If your official game message reveals the words “Disneyland Trip for Family of 4!”, “Arizona Diamondbacks Tickets for Family of 4!”, "$250 Topgolf Gift Card!”, “Meta Quest 3”, “Apple AirPods Headphones”, “$25 Target Gift Card” or “FREE 6-Month Car Wash Membership!” you win the prize specified, subject to verification and eligibility. See Rule below for details on how to claim a prize.
If your game piece reveals the message “FREE Super Protect Car Wash!” with a barcode or “50% OFF Super Protect Car Wash” with a barcode, you can redeem your discount offer by following the instructions noted below.
Game materials including Game Cards obtained where prohibited by law, obtained through unauthorized distribution channels and/or if any part is reproduced, illegible, mutilated, altered, forged, duplicated or tampered with in any way or if it contains printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors are void and ineligible to receive a prize or redeem a discount offer.

HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE OR REDEEM A DISCOUNT OFFER

To claim a Grand, First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth or Sixth Instant Win Prize send an email to [email protected] and include a photo image of the winning Game Card, your complete name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number and email address. Winning Game Cards must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. MT on April 30, 2025, for validation and verification. Limit of one (1) prize per person/household. Proof of transmission (such as a “confirming” message) of the email does not constitute proof of submission/delivery. Grand Prize potential winners, please see section below regarding additional required prize claim and verification instructions.
Grand, First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth or Sixth Instant win prizes must be claimed/submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. MT on April 30, 2025, for validation and verification. Limit of one (1) prize per person/household. Proof of emailing does not constitute proof of delivery. The potential winners will be notified by email according to the information provided with their claim. Prizes will be delivered four (4) weeks after winner notification and verification has been completed.
To claim the Sixth Instant Win Prize of a FREE 6-Month Super Protect Membership prize once it’s been validated, winners will be connected to a Customer Service Representative to assist with setting up a membership. If the winner already has a membership they can choose to gift the membership and that person will need to provide their information so Customer Service can reach out to them to set them up with the membership. If the winner chooses to redeem the membership themselves, the Customer Service Representative will cancel their current membership and set them up with the FREE 6-Month Super Protect Membership. The membership will not continue after the membership expires as no credit card will be on file or required to set up the new membership. To claim a Seventh Instant Win Prize of a FREE Super Protect Car Wash bring your winning Game Card to your nearest Arizona Super Star Car Wash and give the card to an on-site team member to redeem. Prize must be used by June 29, 2025, 8:00 p.m. MT.
To redeem a 50% OFF Super Protect Car Wash Discount Offer on your next Super Protect Car Wash valued at $11.00 each, bring your Discount Offer Game Card to your nearest Arizona Super Star Car Wash and give the card to an on-site team member to redeem. Discount must be used by June 29, 2025, 8:00 p.m. MT.

PRIZES, DISCOUNT OFFERS, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV"), AND ODDS OF WINNING

There are approximately 35,288 Game Cards printed and distributed amongst the fifty-four (54) Super Star Car Wash locations in AZ. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all Prizes and Discount Offers available is $582,915.00. Prizes and Discount Offers available to be awarded are as follows:

Three (3) Grand Prizes: Each verified Grand Prize winner will receive a Disneyland trip for the winner and up to 3 travel companions awarded in the form of gift cards. Gift Cards will cover the purchase of four (4) round-trip coach tickets from winner’s nearest commercial airport to Orange County, CA (up to $325 per ticket), 2 nights’ hotel accommodations (one room, quad occupancy (up to $600 per night), and a gift card for four (4) park tickets (up to $250 per ticket). ARV $3,500 each. Total ARV: $10,500. Odds 1:11,762.

Gift cards will be awarded to the winner and may be used to cover costs of the trip prize. Sponsor is not responsible for arranging dates and times of travel. Winner is responsible for all travel-related costs that exceed the $3,500 value of the prize. Promotion Entities are not responsible for travel delays or cancellations. If, for any reason whatsoever, winner is unable to travel after travel arrangements have been made, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to winner and no alternate winner will be selected. Winner is responsible for obtaining and possessing all required valid photo ID, passport and/or other relevant travel documents prior to travel. Official Discount Game Cards valid from March 31, 2025, through June 29, 2025 and can be redeemed at any Super Star Car Wash in Arizona.

ADDITIONAL PRIZES AND DISCOUNT OFFER DISCLOSURES

In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes and discount offers. If for any reason, including but not limited to an administrative, printing, production or other error or due to incorrect announcements of any kind, more winning Game Pieces are distributed or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded for any prize level according to these Official Rules, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received for that prize level. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes.

In the event of printing error or irregular game pieces, holders of such game pieces release Sponsor, their agents & assigns, including Marden-Kane, Inc. from any claims, losses or damages that may result. Liability for such Game Cards is limited to replacement with another Game Card by the Sponsor.

Prizes will be fulfilled by the Sponsor after verification of eligibility. Any prize or discount offer not claimed as noted above, will not be awarded. All prizes claimed as detailed herein, will be awarded in the form of Gift Cards (except the Second Prizes) which are subject to terms and conditions specified by the issuer, and winner and guests agree to comply with such terms and conditions as well as all applicable venue rules and regulations. All Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be sold or traded, substituted, redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit or alternative prizes, except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. No credit or reimbursement will be provided if a Prize is not taken or partially used. Prizes cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or offers provided by the Sponsor. Additional restrictions may apply. At Sponsor’s sole discretion, prize may vary to what has been advertised, pictured, etc. All details of prizes not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor. Prizes will be fulfilled by the Sponsor after notification and verification is completed.Limit of one (1) prize per person/household. Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, expressed or implied, concerning any prize furnished by third parties in connection with the Promotion.

ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNERS.

ADDITIONAL GRAND PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION, VERIFICATION AND PRIZE CLAIM REQUIREMENTS & INSTRUCTIONS

The potential Grand Prize winners will be contacted by email and/or phone by the Administrator and winners will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form, and where lawful, a Publicity Release along with a copy of his/her valid driver’s license and will be required to complete a W-9 Tax form (collectively the “Documents”). All completed Documents must be returned within five (5) days (including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) of attempted delivery of same. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or if he/she fails to sign and return required Documents or respond to a notification within the time specified, or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable, or in the event a potential winner is deemed ineligible, fails to comply with the Official Rules, or is unable to claim the prize as specified, the potential winner will be disqualified. If Sponsor, or Administrator acting on Sponsor’s behalf, is unable to determine and verify a potential winner, the prize will go unawarded.

Certain travel restrictions may apply. Guests traveling with a Grand Prize winner must, at time of Grand Prize fulfillment, be at least 18 years of age unless traveling with a parent or legal guardian. The Grand Prize winners and the Grand Prize winner’s guests are solely responsible for obtaining any travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) that they wish to obtain at their own expense and hereby acknowledge that the Sponsor and Administrator have not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Each Grand Prize winner is bound by the terms and conditions of other third-party service providers used in connection with the Grand Prize. Grand Prize winners agree that the Promotion Entities are not responsible in any way for any additional expenses, omissions, delays or re-routing resulting from any acts of any government or authority and acknowledge that they are solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of their guest related to any Promotion or prize-related activity, including, without limitation, any actions, claims or liabilities related to a guests’ use of the prize. All expenses and incidentals not specifically mentioned herein as being provided, are not included as part of the prize, and are the sole responsibility of each Grand Prize winner and his/her guest, including, but not limited to: all ground transportation, travel and other applicable insurance, room service, bag check fees, parking fees, laundry service, food, beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, service charges and any other personal expenses incurred. If the Prize trip, in part or in its entirety, is unable to take place as planned for reasons including, but not limited to, scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponements, delays, an event of force majeure (any acts of God, natural catastrophes, public enemies, war, acts of terrorism, civil commotion, riot, strikes or labor difficulties, lockout, judicial or government order, or other requirement of law, or national emergencies or any other cause beyond the Sponsors’ reasonable control), an unforeseeable health event (e.g., pandemic or epidemic), or for any other reason whatsoever, then the Sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE

Entrants/winners agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Promotion Entities, and their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and Promotion partners and internet agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and agents, successors and assigns from and against any claim or cause of action or liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind (including but not limited to, personal injury, death, damage to property, or loss of property) arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of entry into or participation in the Promotion, or acceptance of prize, use, misuse, receipt of, or possession of the Prize, and/or entry, or for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. The Promotion Entities are not responsible if the Promotion cannot be administered or conducted as planned and/or any prize cannot be awarded due to cancellations, delays, or interruptions resulting or arising from acts of god, war, or terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, supply shortages, natural disasters, weather, pandemics, epidemics, compliance with any law or order of a governmental authority, or any other similar act, event or occurrence beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree that the Promotion Entities will not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses of any kind, including direct, indirectly, incidental, consequential or punitive damages to persons, including death, or to property arising out of access to and use of any website associated with the Promotion or the downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from such website. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing of the Scratch Off Cards, collateral specific to the offer, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the Prizes.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission and grant by winners (which grant will be confirmed in writing on request) of the right and permission for the Promotion Entities and their agencies to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including, but not limited to, the world wide web, at any times or times, winner’s name and/or likeness, entry, picture, voice, likeness, opinions and biographical information (including, but not limited to, hometown and state), Prize information, quotes attributable to winner, and any other elements of winner’s persona for advertising, trade and promotional purposes (including the announcement of their name on television or radio broadcast), for purposes of advertising and trade without further consideration, compensation, permission or notification, publication in a winners list or in a list to be used by sponsor and its designees and its partners to re-target entrants via email or any sponsor app.

NOTICE - DAMAGE TO WEBSITE

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE PROMOTION ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for faulty, incorrect, undeliverable or mistranscribed phone/e-mail/internet transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the Promotion. The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user’s Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user’s e-mail account to receive e-mail.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if for any reason, the Promotion (or any part of it) cannot be run as described in these Official Rules or otherwise in accordance with the general intentions of the Promotion Entities. In such circumstances, the Sponsor may disqualify any suspect entries and (a) suspend the Promotion and modify the Official Rules to address the impairment, then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (b) terminate the Promotion, post a notice online of such termination, and conduct a drawing to award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. The failure of the Promotion Entities to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, epidemic/pandemic, act of public enemies or any act outside of the Promotion Entities control/force majeure event, will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.

Any prize claims which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.

PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Sponsor may collect, use, and disclose the personal information provided when you claim a prize in the Promotion to their Administrator only for the purpose of notifying the potential winners. By participating in this Promotion, entrant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. Information collected from participants, including entrant, is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.superstarcarwashaz.com/privacy-policy/ and to Administrator’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.mardenkane.com/privacy-policy.cfm (collectively, the “Privacy Policies”), and will be used only for the purpose of administering the Promotion and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner, unless entrant agrees to receive further information on the Sponsor and/or Sponsor’s products and promotions.

PLEASE READ: IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DISPUTE RESOLUTION

DISPUTE RESOLUTION, MANDATORY ARBITRATION, AND CHOICE OF LAW/JURISDICTION

This Promotion is offered only in the state of Arizona. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants or the Promotion Entities in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Arizona or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Arizona. The Promotion Entities’ failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. By entering, entrant agrees that whenever you have a disagreement with the Promotion Entities (individually or collectively) arising out of, connected to, or in any way related to the Promotion, the Official Rules, or the Privacy Policies, you will send a written notice to the Sponsor (“Demand”). Entrant agrees that the requirements of this Dispute Resolution Section, defined as paragraph 8 of these Official Rules (“Dispute Resolution Section”), will apply even to disagreements that may have arisen before Entrant accepted these Official Rules or the Privacy Policies. Entrant must send the Demand to the following address (the “Notice Address”): Super Star Car Wash, 960 W. Behrend Drive, Suite 1, Phoenix, AZ 85027 Attention: Marketing; with a copy to Administrator at Marden-Kane, Inc., 575 Underhill Blvd., Suite 222, Syosset, NY 11791-3416. Entrant agrees that entrant will not take any legal action, including filing a lawsuit or demanding arbitration, until 10 business days after entrant sends a Demand. This informal dispute resolution is in addition to, and does not waive, excuse, or supersede any pre-suit resolution process required by state or federal law before filing suit.

If the disagreement stated in the Demand is not resolved to entrant’s satisfaction within 10 business days after it is received, and entrant intends on taking legal action, entrant agrees that it will file a demand for arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (the “Arbitrator”). The Promotion Entities also agree that we will submit any and all disputes with entrant to arbitration before the Arbitrator. This arbitration provision limits the ability of entrant and the Promotion Entities to litigate claims in court and entrant and Promotion Entities each agree to waive their respective rights to a jury trial.

For any such filing of a demand for arbitration, entrant must provide proper service under the rules of the Arbitrator and notice to the Notice Address may not be sufficient. If, for any reason, the American Arbitration Association is unable to conduct the arbitration, entrant may file its case with any national arbitration company. The Arbitrator shall apply the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules effective September 1, 2014, available at https://www.adr.org/sites/default/files/Consumer-Rules-Web_0.pdf (and as may be amended) and as modified by the agreement to arbitrate in this Dispute Resolution Section. Entrant agrees that the Arbitrator will have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of or relating to the Promotion or any disputes with the Promotion Entities including, but not limited to, disputes as to the interpretation or application of this Dispute Resolution Section or the validity of the arbitration agreement herein. The Arbitrator has authority to issue any and all remedies authorized by law, except that any requests for the remedy of public injunctive relief shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act allows for the enforcement of arbitration agreements and governs the interpretation and enforcement of the agreement to arbitrate. The place of arbitration shall be Maricopa County, Arizona.

Entrant agrees that it will not file a class action or collective action against the Promotion Entities, and that entrant will not participate in a class action or collective action against them. Entrant agrees that it will not join its claims to those of any other person.

Notwithstanding any other provision in the Official Rules, or the Privacy Policies, if this class action waiver is adjudicated to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, then the agreement to arbitrate is null and void, as though it were never entered into, and any arbitration dispute at that time will be dismissed without prejudice and may be refiled in court. Entrants irrevocably consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts of the State of Arizona located in the county of Maricopa for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Promotion. Under no circumstances does entrant or the Promotion Entities agree to class or collective procedures in arbitration or the joinder of claims in arbitration.

The provisions of this Dispute Resolution Section shall survive conclusion, modification or termination of the Promotion and suspension, revocation, closure, modification, or amendments to the Official Rules, and any aspect of the relationship of entrant or the Promotion Entities relating to or arising from participation in the Promotion.

SEVERABILITY

If any term or provision of these Official Rules is found under the law to be invalid or unenforceable, then such specific term or provision shall be of no force and effect and shall be severed, and the remainder of these Official Rules shall continue in full force and effect.
