Super Star Car Wash – Wash Book Terms & Conditions

You made a SUPER choice! Our Wash Books are designed to give you easy, affordable access to 10 Super Protect washes to protect and clean your car. Before you tear off your first tab, here’s everything you need to know:

 

1. Participating Locations

Wash Books can be redeemed at any Super Star Car Wash location in Arizona, Colorado, or Texas.

2. No Refunds / No Cash Value

All Wash Book purchases are final. They’re non-refundable and can’t be exchanged for cash, credit, or membership value.

3. Expiration Date

All washes must be redeemed before the printed expiration date. Expired washes cannot be extended or credited—so use them and enjoy that super clean feeling!

4. Transferability

Washes can be used on any vehicle. Share the shine with friends or family or keep all 10 for yourself.

5. Lost or Stolen Wash Books

Keep your Wash Book in a safe place. Since it’s a physical item, it cannot be replaced if lost, damaged, or stolen.

6. Service Level & Upgrades

Each tab in the Wash Book is valid for a Super Protect wash. If you want something extra, you will need to pay for the additional service.

7. Not Combinable with Other Offers

Wash Books cannot be used with any other coupons, discounts, or promotions.

8. Weather, Maintenance & Wait Times

Sometimes weather happens. Sometimes maintenance happens. We may temporarily close locations or adjust hours due to operational needs.

9. Oversized & Specialty Vehicles

Some vehicles like lifted trucks, duallys, or those with certain aftermarket parts may not be safe for our tunnels. Safety first!

10. Misuse or Fraud

Unauthorized duplication, resale, or fraudulent use will result in immediate voiding of remaining washes.
