How can I upgrade my account?

If you would like to upgrade or downgrade your membership, update your account information such as license plate number or payment please contact us here.

How do I create an online account?

You can create an account here. You can only create an account if you have an active plan. If you just bought a plan at one of our locations, please give it 24-48 hours to register in our system before creating an account.

Can I use my account in any state?

Yes, your memberhsip can be used accross all Super Star locations in California, Arizona, Texas and Colorado.

Cancelation Policy

How do I cancel my membership?

Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the billing date to avoid any further charges. Please fill out the cancellation form here.

Will I recite a refund after canceling my plan?

No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.

Will I receive an email confirmation after I cancel my plan?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request.

What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?

You will need to stop by a location to reactivate your plan.
